Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible School Coordinator who will play a key role in monitoring and implementing new academic and administrative processes .

This role requires someone who is active, observant, adaptable, and comfortable being on their feet throughout the school day .

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily school activities across classrooms, corridors, and common areas

Ensure new systems, processes, and school approaches are implemented effectively :

Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management for smooth execution of plans

Observe classroom practices and support teachers in adapting to new methods

Communicate clearly with staff and management

Identify gaps in execution and report improvements needed

Act as a bridge between school leadership and teaching/non-teaching staff

Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent spoken English communication (must)

Robust observation and coordination skills

Ability to adapt quickly to new ideas and systems

Quick learner with a positive attitude

Physically active and comfortable moving around the school throughout the day

Confident, firm, and approachable personality

Problem-solving mindset and ownership of responsibilities

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Graduation in any discipline

Education / Management background mandatory

Experience Requirement

5+ years of relevant experience in

School coordination / administration

Academic supervision

Educational institution management

Prior experience in a school is mandatory

Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
