Sap Successfactors Consultant Hyderabad (India)

Role & Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Management, Employee Central (EC), and SAP SmartRecruiters.

Manage Compensation and Variable Pay plans, salary reviews, bonus programs, merit increases, and reward cycles.

Configure Employee Central modules, including employee data, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and HR processes.

Work on SAP SmartRecruiters configuration, recruitment workflows, requisition management, candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer management.

Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective HR solutions.

Support end-to-end implementations, system integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance with business requirements.

Prepare functional documentation and support user training and knowledge transfer.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Management, Employee Central (EC), and SAP SmartRecruiters.

Robust understanding of Compensation, Variable Pay, salary planning, employee lifecycle management, and recruitment processes.

Experience in configuration, business rules, workflows, integrations, and system testing.

Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects and production support.

Solid stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
