Skills & Experience

Must Have

•SAP ABAP core — 4–6 years hands-on: Reports (classical/ALV), Dialog programming, BDC/LSMW,

Enhancements (BAdI, user exits), SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms.

•SAP HR modules — working knowledge of PY, OM, PA and TM, including HR-specific ABAP (infotypes, logical

databases, HR macros, payroll clusters).

•Integration — BAPI, RFC, ALE and IDOC configuration and development.

•OData / API — building and consuming OData services and REST APIs from SAP.

•Data conversion — proven experience converting data from legacy systems into SAP, ideally in HR or FI.

•AI-assisted development — practical familiarity with Cursor and Claude for coding, debugging and code

review.

•OSS notes — identifying, applying and validating SAP notes.

•Methodology — SAP ASAP / Activate; structured systems analysis, design and testing.

•Functional grounding — understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
