Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Process Control (PC) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA GRC Process Control. The candidate will be responsible for designing, assessing and automating internal controls, strengthening compliance frameworks, identifying control gaps and supporting end-to-end SAP GRC implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage and enhance the SAP GRC Process Control module across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Design and assess SAP S/4HANA controls, identify control gaps and recommend automation opportunities.
• Apply functional knowledge of business processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R), to strengthen control frameworks.
• Develop control narratives and evaluate control effectiveness through positive and negative testing.
• Participate in all phases of end-to-end implementation, including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation and Go-Live Support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance and control requirements into project deliverables.
• Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation to track changes in a single-instance SAP environment.
• Support GRC reporting using SAP HANA views, where applicable.
• Work with RPA tools to automate GRC activities and improve control monitoring.
• Apply ITIL knowledge, including Service Design and Service Transition, to relevant processes.
• Support process analysis and improvement using SAP Signavio, where applicable.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6–8 years of overall experience, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA GRC Process Control, including a minimum of 4 years specifically in Process Controls.
• Strong SAP functional knowledge in at least one business process or module; Finance and Order-to-Cash experience is preferred.
• Experience designing, documenting, testing and assessing internal controls.
• Strong understanding of control effectiveness, compliance, risk assessment and control automation.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation and post-go-live support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience creating control narratives.
• SAP HANA views and GRC reporting.
• Familiarity with RPA tools for GRC automation.
• SAP Signavio process knowledge.
• Experience in large, single-instance SAP environments.

Interview Process
