SAP Functional Consultant – PP, QM & MM Modules

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and MM (Materials Management) modules. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day SAP user support, resolving functional issues, defining business processes, and preparing process documentation and user manuals.

Candidates with experience in the automobile or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support to end users for SAP PP, QM, and MM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues reported by users during routine business activities.
• Support production planning, quality management, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant technical and functional teams for resolution.
• Define, document, and improve business processes related to SAP operations.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals, process guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Gather business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth SAP operations.
• Support SAP configuration changes, testing, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT), as required.
• Provide user training and guidance on SAP processes.
• Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working experience in an SAP environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP PP, QM, and MM modules.
• Experience in SAP user support and issue resolution.
• Understanding of manufacturing business processes and SAP integration.
• Ability to define business workflows and prepare functional documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automobile or automotive manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Experience with production planning, quality inspection, procurement, and inventory management processes.
