Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Decentralized Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in production support, warehouse process configuration, ECC–EWM integration, troubleshooting, and functional enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and resolve tickets related to inbound and outbound processing, internal warehouse movements, and physical inventory.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ECC-to-EWM integration issues, including qRFC queues, stuck deliveries, and stock discrepancies.
• Configure and maintain warehouse process types, storage types, putaway and picking strategies, and wave management.
• Troubleshoot RF transactions, PPF actions, and warehouse label/document printing issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Prepare functional specifications for RF-related enhancements and warehouse process improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain functional documentation and support stable, efficient warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience in Decentralized SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse management processes, including inbound, outbound, internal movements, and physical inventory.
• Experience in SAP ECC–EWM integration and troubleshooting qRFC queues, delivery issues, and stock mismatches.
• Hands-on knowledge of warehouse process types, storage types, putaway and picking strategies, and wave management.
• Experience troubleshooting RF frameworks/transactions, PPF actions, and printing configurations.
• Experience in production support, ticket management, root cause analysis, and functional specification preparation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
