SAP EWM Consultant

Hire an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant (4–6 years) for a contract role in Rajkot to implement, configure, support, and optimize SAP EWM warehouse processes. The role focuses on inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse structure configuration, and process types, with strong integration knowledge across SAP MM/SD (and ideally TM) in ECC or S/4HANA environments, plus testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP EWM functionalities according to business requirements.
• Work on inbound processes, including goods receipt, put away, and warehouse task creation.
• Manage outbound processes such as picking, packing, staging, and goods issue.
• Configure warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins, activity areas, and work centers.
• Handle warehouse replenishment, physical inventory, stock transfers, and internal warehouse movements.
• Work on warehouse process types (WPT), storage process types, and warehouse order creation rules.
• Understand and support integration between SAP EWM and SAP MM, SD, and TM.
• Work on delivery processing, handling units (HU), RF framework, and barcode scanning.
• Participate in requirements gathering, functional specifications, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation/support.
