Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP professionals with expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), PPQM (Production Planning & Quality Management), or EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) to join our Strategy & Consulting team. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise, hands-on SAP implementation experience, and the ability to work with clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects across SAP MM, PPQM, or EWM.
• Understand client business processes, assess existing systems, and identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure SAP modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and other project deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support integration of SAP modules with related business processes and systems.
• Participate in workshops, solution design discussions, client presentations, and functional reviews.
• Support data migration, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional support during deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Contribute to consulting engagements through process optimization, solution recommendations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant SAP functional experience in one or more of the following modules:
• SAP MM: Materials Management
• SAP PPQM: Production Planning & Quality Management
• SAP EWM: Extended Warehouse Management
• Mandatory experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes relevant to the chosen SAP module.
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Good stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in SAP consulting, implementation, and business process transformation.
• Professionals who have worked on client-facing projects involving solution design and process improvement.
• Candidates with a consulting mindset and the ability to provide functional recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Important Considerations

• Implementation experience is mandatory.
• Testing-only profiles and candidates with exclusively non-consulting experience will not be considered.
• Candidates whose experience is limited to support or maintenance without relevant implementation exposure are not preferred.
