SAP BW/BPC Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP BW/BPC Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy, governance, enhancement, and operational excellence of the SAP BW/BPC platform. The role will partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and service providers to drive product roadmap initiatives, ensure system stability and compliance, manage change delivery, and support continuous modernization of the analytics and planning landscape.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle and technical strategy of SAP BW/BPC products, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Prioritize business demands and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Review and approve solution estimates provided by external service providers and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to change management processes, governance standards, audit requirements, and SOX controls.
• Support release management, service transition, incident management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Maintain product documentation, knowledge assets, and business-specific intellectual property.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience in SAP BW, BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP BPC implementation and support environments.
• Strong expertise in enterprise reporting, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation processes.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, including design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and support.
• Good understanding of SAP integrations with ECC, S/4HANA, SAC, and other enterprise applications.
• Experience working with global stakeholders, outsourced vendors, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, governance frameworks, and regulated environments.
