You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

4 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in BE, B Tech, MCA, M.Sc, M.E, M.Tech preferred

Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant preferred

Designing Agentforce workflows and automation skills

API integration and workflow automation capabilities

Familiarity with integration platforms and data management practices

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex development

Implementation experience with Salesforce Field Service

Experience in Field Service execution and FSL Mobile customization

Experience in scheduling optimization and dispatch processes
