Salesforce DevOps Developer (Service & Experience Cloud)

About the role

A senior individual contributor who designs, builds and runs Salesforce solutions and CI/CD pipelines. The role combines strong Apex, LWC and Flow development with DevOps discipline, secure integrations and applied AI.

What you will do

• Architect, develop and enhance Apex (classes, triggers, async), LWC/Aura and Flows with scalable data models and robust error handling.
• Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events) with reliable release runbooks and rollback strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, lead root-cause analysis and deliver resilient long-term fixes.
• Lead Git/GitHub workflows: branching (feature/hotfix/release), pull-request reviews, code quality gates and release governance.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or similar, including validations, automated tests and controlled deployments from sandbox to production.
• Own the environment strategy: Dev Hub, scratch orgs, sandbox refresh and data masking, data seeding, backups and restores.
• Enforce security and performance best practice (CRUD/FLS/sharing, bulkification, governor limits, transaction control).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand issues and deliver timely, user-friendly solutions.

What you bring

• 8+ years of Salesforce development.
• Strong Service Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge.
• REST/SOAP API integration and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar) in production.
• Practical AI experience (Salesforce AI, Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or custom LLMs): secure integration, prompt engineering, evaluation and guardrails.
• Good to have: openness to platforms around Salesforce such as Heroku.

Interviews include a live coding round.

Location: Chennai, Indore, Bengaluru or Mumbai (Chennai and Indore preferred). Candidates based in other cities are welcome if they are open to relocating. Work mode: Hybrid. Employment: Full-time. Notice period: 15 to 30 days preferred; up to 45 days acceptable.
