Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

•

Develop custom Salesforce applications, reusable components, business logic, and automation solutions based on business requirements.

•

Implement Salesforce platform customizations and enhancements to support business processes.

•

Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous Apex, and Lightning components.

•

Build and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and processing.

•

Configure Salesforce Flows and automation to streamline business operations.

•

Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record types as required.

•

Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.

•

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

•

Troubleshoot development-related issues and maintain existing Salesforce applications.

•

Support Salesforce deployments and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

•

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

•

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

•

Expertise in SOQL/SOSL, Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing.

•

Experience with Salesforce Flows and platform automation.

•

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, standard/custom objects, and platform architecture.

•

Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and application development.

•

Knowledge of governor limits, coding standards, and Salesforce development best practices.

•

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
