Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) development & customization
  • Apex: Classes, Triggers, APIs
  • Lightning Components & LWC
  • Visualforce
  • Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture & Landscape
  • Salesforce implementation from scratch / new instance setup
  • Salesforce Web Services, WSDL & Integrations
  • Integration of Salesforce with external applications
  • Reports & Dashboards
  • Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Functional / Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management across multiple countries
  • Ability to work with cross-functional/global teams
