Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and a good understanding of Service Cloud. The candidate will work closely with senior developers, technical leads, and client teams to build, customize, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Service Cloud implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
• Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Configure Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Email-to-Case, case assignment and escalation, and Service Console.
• Work on Salesforce objects, data models, validation rules, approval processes, security settings, and automation.
• Assist with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Follow Salesforce coding standards and best practices for security, performance, and governor limits.
• Write test classes, perform unit testing, support UAT and deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Service Cloud and its core capabilities.
• Proficiency in Apex, triggers, test classes, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, validation rules, and security.
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and debugging.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, VS Code, and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of Visualforce and Aura components.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate with the team.

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I – Mandatory.
• Salesforce Administrator – Preferred.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant – Good to have.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
