1: Job Purpose Statement

• The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Financial Services, Lending, and Loan Origination System (LOS) integrations.
• Drive scalable, secure and high-performance Salesforce capabilities supporting customer acquisition, loan origination, underwriting, servicing, collections and partner ecosystems.

2: Duties & Responsibilities

• 8+ years overall experience, 5+ years Salesforce development experience and 3+ years in Banking/NBFC/Lending domain.
• Develop Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, Flows and APIs.
• Implement integrations with LOS, LMS, Credit Bureau, Core Lending, Contact Center and Digital Platforms.
• Develop REST, SOAP, Platform Events and asynchronous integrations.
• Perform code reviews, mentoring, release management and production support.
