Salesforce Developer - BA (Contract)

Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; CPQ knowledge is a plus).Experience with Finance and Sales processes:Lead Management Opportunity Management Pricing/QuotingInvoicing & BillingRevenue recognition concepts Solid understanding of the data lifecycle, ETL concepts, data modelling, and reporting structures.Ability to write detailed user stories, BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use case documents.Hands-on with tools like:JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio Excel, SQL (basic knowledge preferred) Power BI/Tableau exposure (added advantage)Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights.
