Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) Copado CRT Test EngineerLocation: IndiaJob Summary:We are looking for experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Copado CRT Test Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformation and testing initiative. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce testing with the ability to drive testing activities in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing for Salesforce (SFDC) applications and integrations
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and validate solutions
• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Ensure high-quality deliverables with strong attention to detail and testing best practices
• Provide regular updates and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and mitigation plansRequired Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) testing
• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) automation tools
• Experience in test automation frameworks and regression testing
• Experience in AI-assisted development/testing tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI or similar
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Experience with defect management and test management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSoft Skills Required:
