## About the Role

This role goes well beyond routine Salesforce administration. You will act as Business Applications Analyst, User Support Lead and Technology Coordinator for multiple business teams — understanding how they work, where they lose time, and translating that into practical Salesforce solutions.

You will own the full lifecycle of a business-system requirement: gathering needs, designing the solution, configuring and developing it, testing, deploying, training users and improving it over time. In short, you are the bridge between the business and the technology.

## Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day administration: users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings and field-level security
• Configure custom objects, fields, relationships, page layouts, record types and validation rules
• Build and support automation through Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Flows
• Create reports, dashboards and cross-filter analytics for operations and management
• Handle system maintenance, updates and health checks; resolve data integrity, access and automation issues
• Build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components, with optimised SOQL/SOSL and batch processes
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, marketing and legacy systems over REST/SOAP APIs, and keep data in sync
• Debug custom code across development, sandbox and production; maintain clean code, code reviews and documentation
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, map current processes and convert them into functional and technical specs
• Weigh configuration against customization, run impact analysis and track requirements through to production
• Write and run test plans covering functional, regression and integration testing; conduct UAT with real business users
• Validate changes pre- and post-deployment and manage sandbox environments
• Run ETL through Data Loader, support master data management and maintain data quality through validation and deduplication
• Provide first and second-level support across business teams, including live orders and business-critical processes
• Train users, create guides and knowledge base articles, and drive adoption through change management
• Coordinate with technology vendors and consulting partners: brief them, validate delivered work through UAT and manage SLA alignment

## Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience with demonstrated expertise
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Trailhead certifications or training
