Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and handle initial interactions.
• Conduct initial screening based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
• Maintain customer and lead records.

Requirements

• Good voice quality and strong verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional communication.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
