Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: 3% commission on total sales generated
• No upper limit on incentives. High performers can earn significantly more.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our business across India. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new customers, generating sales, and building long-term relationships in the electrical and power sector.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for energy meters and related electrical products.
• Visit utilities, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, industries, OEMs, system integrators, and government departments.
• Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate orders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Submit regular sales and market reports.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales (Electrical/Energy Meter industry preferred).
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
