Location: Ambala Cantt | WFO | Night Shift

Experience: 2–8 Years | Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the international sales team and drive revenue.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain CRM records and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience in international sales/global voice processes.
• Strong team management and target achievement skills.
• Excellent English communication and leadership.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and reporting.
• Comfortable with a permanent night shift.
