Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
• Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience
• Strong knowledge of Ahmadabad, Gujarat part of the state markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
