Role Summary

Lead the company’s marketing and sales strategy, build high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, strengthen brand positioning, and expand domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive B2B sales and revenue growth.
• Build dealer, distributor and channel partner networks.
• Identify enterprise customers and strategic partnerships.
• Lead branding, digital marketing, exhibitions and product launches.
• Develop pricing, go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.
• Recruit, mentor and manage marketing and sales teams.
• Establish CRM, sales forecasting and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with R&D, production and operations for successful commercialization.
• Represent the company in investor, customer and industry meetings.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institute (IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/SPJIMR preferred).
• Engineering background is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing and sales leadership.
