Sales & Marketing Manager (Thrissur)

CJ Smart India Private Limited is seeking a senior, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to manage the complete sales and marketing operations across assigned retail branches. This role requires direct interaction with customers, closing high-value deals escalated from branches, and driving daily sales targets through strong customer follow-ups and counter sales expertise.Key Responsibilities- Branch Sales & Marketing: Oversee and manage the complete sales and marketing operations for designated retail showroom branches.- Direct Customer Interaction & Closing: Personally interact with counter customers and directly close sales leads escalated by branch teams that require senior intervention.- Target Achievement: Drive, monitor, and achieve daily sales and revenue targets across all assigned branches.- Customer Follow-Up Management: Implement strict customer follow-up protocols to drive lead conversion and optimize footfall-to-sale ratios.- Counter Sales Leadership: Bring proven retail counter sales experience to guide, train, and improve front-line branch sales performance.Key Requirements & Qualifications- Experience: 7 to 10 years of mandatory experience in Direct Sales and Marketing (Retail Counter Sales experience highly preferred).- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, customer persuasion, and strong closing capabilities.- Core Competencies: Proven track record in customer follow-up management, team guidance, and achieving daily branch-level sales targets.Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per monthPerks:- Paid time offWork Location: In person
