Sales Marketing Manager

Quinto Solutions LLP is part of a Bhopal-based business group with 40+ years in packaging and hospitality supplies. We make and supply BOPP packaging tapes and garbage bag rolls to distributors, wholesalers, retailers and institutional buyers.

The role We're looking for an experienced sales professional to grow our dealer network and direct accounts across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. What you'll do - Appoint and manage distributors/dealers in key towns ( Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg-Bhilai and more) -

Win direct accounts – factories, warehouses, e-commerce sellers, hospitals, hotels, housing societies, municipal/facility contractors

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on payments and keep outstanding within credit limits
• Track competitor prices, schemes and new products in the market
• Share market feedback on sizes, grades and pricing
• Plan and report daily visits and weekly sales What we're looking for
• 4–10 years of field sales in packaging, tapes, plastics, stationery, hardware, hygiene/housekeeping or similar B2B/distribution products
• Existing dealer/wholesaler contacts in MP and/or CG (big plus)
• Comfortable travelling 15–20 days a month
• Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving licence
• Fluent Hindi; working English; basic Excel/WhatsApp reporting
• Graduate (MBA optional – market experience matters more)
