Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Raigarh. The person in this role will plan and execute marketing activities to increase school admissions and brand awareness. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research on local education trends, identifying target audiences, and developing outreach campaigns. The role involves managing promotional events, coordinating with school leadership on marketing plans, and maintaining relationships with parents, partners, and community organizations. The executive will also prepare reports on campaign performance, support sales activities such as inquiries and follow-ups, and ensure consistent communication across various channels.

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze local education demand, competitor offerings, and community needs.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage admissions inquiries, follow up with prospects, and support enrollment targets.
• Relevant experience in education marketing or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital communication tools; familiarity with social media outreach is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
