Sales Marketing Executive

Job Description

BM Enterprises is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the refractory materials, construction materials, or industrial products industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the refractory and construction materials industry.
• Generate sales leads through field visits, telephone calls, and customer follow-ups.
• Promote refractory bricks, castables, mortars, insulation materials, and other industrial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support the company's business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet usage.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in refractory materials or construction materials.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, and close sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn about industrial products.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
