Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator (Russian) is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities in Russian-speaking markets. On a day-to-day basis, this role coordinates marketing campaigns, assists with lead generation efforts, and supports sales initiatives with timely communication and follow-up. The coordinator prepares written materials in English and Russian, helps organize virtual events or webinars, and tracks project timelines to ensure deliverables are met. This role also involves updating marketing assets, maintaining records in CRM or project management tools, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills, including fluency in Russian and proficiency in English.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to support lead generation, outreach, and follow-up activities.
• Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to assist with organizing online events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Relevant skills such as basic digital marketing knowledge, familiarity with CRM or marketing tools, and competence in office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) are beneficial.
