Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from B2B Platfrom, website and other platforms.
• Coordinate with sales executives and distribute incoming leads.
• Monitor CRM updates and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
• Track quotations, customer calls and sales opportunities.
• Conduct daily morning and evening sales review meetings.
• Monitor the daily performance of the sales coordination team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer communication.
• Visit customers when required and support business development.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Experience in B2B sales or industrial machinery will be preferred.
• Strong follow-up, organizational and team management skills.
