Sales Manager (Team handling) - Home loan and Loan against roperty

• Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Target Achievement: Responsible for driving sales of LAP Home loan products and achieving regional volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Team Management: Leading, coaching, and managing a team of sales executives/relationship managers.
• Channel Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with direct selling agents (DSAs), channel partners, and connectors to source business.
• Loan Processing: Ensuring the quality of files logged, and ensuring timely, compliant processing by working with credit, legal, and technical teams.
• Experience Skills: Usually requires 5-13+ years of experience in secured lending (LAP/mortgages/HL) with strong team leadership, communication, and market knowledge
• Role - Sales Manager - Informal (Team Handling)
• Location :- Bhubaneswar / Rourkela / Cuttack / Howrah / Kharagpur / Kolkata - Rajarhat
• Industry HL, LAP, Mortgages background experience in a mix of Informal and Affordable segments.
• Profile ROI (13 -15%) and product range 10L to up to 60L
• Open Market experience is needed Sourcing from RPs, Connectors, DSAs and Channel Partners
• NP 60-90 Days
• Age upto 40 Yrs
