Job Description To Promote liability products (Saving Accounts) to achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels, while driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring compliance.Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities: - Assist and mentor Sales Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales in executing strategies.- Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development.Monitor team performance, ensure compliance and governance and achieve business objectives. Functional Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and guide Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales to achieve budgets and incentives.- Deliver quality liability accounts to build a healthy retail book.- Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, stay updated on market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design and implement regulatory requirements as per norms.Qualifications MBAMin Exp: 6 yearsMax Exp: 8 years
