Key Responsibilities

Source Personal Loan business through DSAs, connectors and channel partners.

Build, manage and expand the DSA network in the assigned geography.

Generate quality leads and drive login, sanction and disbursement.

Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.

Develop robust relationships with DSA partners and other market intermediaries.

Ensure quality sourcing and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely processing.

Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Maintain strong business relationships and improve channel productivity.

Candidate Profile

Graduate with 5+ years of Personal Loan sales experience.

Robust and active DSA connector channel partner network.

Good understanding of Personal Loan sourcing, conversion and disbursement.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Highly target-driven and commercially oriented.

Candidates with an established local DSA network will be preferred. .
