• Role: Sales Manager
• Location: Hisar, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day real estate sales operations and territory growth strategies.
• Manage high-value customer accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Analyze market trends to forecast property demand and identify new revenue segments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operational teams to close transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or township plot/commercial leasing.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency in preparing professional quotations and handling client proposals.
• Local market knowledge of Hisar or the broader Haryana real estate sector is preferred.
