Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune

Key Responsibilities

•

Develop plans to achieve sales targets.

•

Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

•

Find new business opportunities and understand market trends.

•

Explain loan products and their benefits to customers.

•

Track daily sales and prepare reports.

•

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

•

Manage business through DSA (Direct Selling Agents) and direct sales channels.

Skills & Qualifications

•

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

•

Minimum 4 years of experience in Loan Against Property Sales (LAP), DSA Network, retail loans, especially Mortgage Loans.

•

Experience in handling business through DSAs and direct sales.

•

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

•

Strong organizational and team coordination skills.

•

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
