Sales Manager – DMC Job Type: Full time Office-Based We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our DMC (Destination Management Company) team. The ideal candidate should have robust sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a result-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities Handle sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business partners. Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations/reservations team. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, enquiries, and follow-ups. Handle day-to-day sales activities using computer-based systems. Requirements Fluency in Hindi and English – both written and spoken. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good sales ability with a target-oriented mindset. Comfortable working with computers, email, Excel, and other office software. Prior experience in travel, tourism, DMC, B2B sales, or a related field will be an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good follow-up skills and a skilled attitude.
