Sales Manager Hyderabad (India)

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the water treatment industry. Identify and approach industries, commercial establishments, institutions and other potential customers. Promote and sell RO Plants, WTP, ETP, STP, filtration systems and water treatment solutions. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/proposal team to develop suitable solutions. Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations and technical discussions. Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the proposal team. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations and purchase orders. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing. Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other business development activities. Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement and service teams for smooth project execution. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within company guidelines. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets. Prepare regular sales performance reports for management. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment systems. Valuable understanding of RO, WTP, ETP, STP, UF, filtration and related technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong business development and customer relationship management skills. Ability to identify current markets and generate leads independently. Good commercial and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits. Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
