🌟 Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.

✅ Acquire new clients through calls, referrals, and meetings.

✅ Promote Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, and other investment products.

✅ Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams.

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships.

✅ Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

✅ Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and business revenue.

✅ Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and client retention.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

✔ Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

✔ Ability to achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

✔ Experience in Banking, NBFC, Stock Broking, Insurance, or Wealth Management is preferred.
