QualityNZ Imports Private Limited is expanding, and we are looking for exceptional Sales Managers to help drive the next phase of our growth across India.

We are currently hiring for the following locations

📍 NCR (Delhi)

📍 Hyderabad

📍 Goa

📍 Chandigarh

📍 Jaipur

Candidates should be based in (or willing to relocate to) the respective city.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive sales growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets

✅ Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence

✅ Manage and grow strategic customer accounts

✅ Lead sales across HORECA, Modern Trade, Institutional & QSR, E-commerce, Food Processing, and Emerging Channels

✅ Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts

✅ Work closely with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives

✅ Strengthen the QualityNZ brand in the Indian market

We're Looking For

✔️ 6+ years of successful sales experience in Imported Foods, Food Service, FMCG, Hospitality, or a related industry

✔️ A strong network within Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, QSRs, Institutional Buyers, and Modern Trade

✔️ A proven track record of delivering business growth

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills

✔️ A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
