Job Description To promote liability products (Current Accounts) to achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels, while driving cross-sell prospects and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities: Assist and mentor Sales Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales in executing strategies. Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development. Monitor team performance, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve business objectives. Functional Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and guide Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales to achieve budgets and incentives. Deliver quality liability accounts to build a healthy retail book. Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, stay updated on market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design, and implement regulatory requirements as per norms. Qualifications MBA Min Exp: 6 years Max Exp: 8 years
