Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor high-performing sales teams
• Analyze sales performance, market data and trends to identify growth opportunities
• Drive business expansion and improve sales effectiveness
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical market and industry trends
• Travel as required to support business objectives

Candidate Profile

• 15-25 years of relevant experience in the Pharma industry
• Mandatory: Proven sales experience in Orthopaedics (Ortho) OR Gynaecology (Gynae)
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
