Sales Executive – Study Abroad Admissions

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to connect with students and parents interested in studying abroad, qualify leads, schedule counselling sessions and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and qualify leads interested in study abroad and university admissions.
• Understand student requirements and recommend the appropriate next step.
• Schedule and follow up on counselling appointments.
• Follow up with students and parents through calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain GoToUniversity's services, packages, pricing and processes.
• Handle basic queries and coordinate with counsellors for detailed academic guidance.
• Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead activity, follow-ups and status in the CRM.
• Share feedback with the marketing team on lead quality, objections and market trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
• Strong sales, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and organized.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales or education counselling is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
• Interest in study abroad or higher education is a plus.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
