Sales Executive (Air Freight)

Job Description

• Prospecting and advising clients on air freight rates
• Developing and expanding relationships with new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Drafting service quotations for new clients, participating in negotiations, preparing service contracts, and following up on the contract execution process.
• Performing other tasks as required by the direct Manager.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, or other related fields.
• Proficient in English for the specialized field (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or TOEIC).
• Able to use FAST PRO software.
• Proficient in office computing: Word, Excel.
• Able to use management software and write professional emails.
• Keen, dynamic, creative, and confident in work.
• Adapts well to a dynamic and high-pressure working environment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong situation-handling skills, effective time management, and conflict resolution.
