Full-Time | Remote | ₹20,000/month Base + Uncapped Incentives

Blinkins Media is a B2B outbound agency helping companies build predictable sales pipelines through targeted prospecting and multi-channel outreach.

We're hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work directly with the founder and help us build our sales function as we grow.

You don't need years of experience — or even previous SDR experience.

We're looking for someone who's ambitious, has excellent spoken and written English, is comfortable talking to people over the phone, and genuinely wants to become great at sales.

You'll get hands-on experience with

LinkedIn prospecting

Managing interested cold email responses

Warm calling

Prospect follow-ups

Qualification

CRM & pipeline management

Booking qualified discovery calls

You'll be provided with training, scripts, SOPs, tools, and guidance — while working with real US prospects and real sales opportunities.

Because we're an early-stage company, you'll also be expected to think independently, take initiative, and adapt as we learn what works.

Compensation: ₹20,000/month fixed base + uncapped performance incentives.

Performance earnings are uncapped and not guaranteed. Full incentive details will be shared during the interview process.

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, working evening/night hours overlapping with US business hours.

We'll start with a 30-day paid trial period.
