Role Description This is a full/ part time, on-site/ remote Sales Department role based in Kerala, India. The team member will identify and engage potential clients, present learning solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, preparing sales reports, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and market trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address questions, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to explain platform features clearly and guide clients or team members in using learning solutions effectively.
• Relevant experience in education, edtech, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
