Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant role based in Palayankottai. The Sales Attendant will welcome customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting suitable products or services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing basic inventory checks, and ensuring the sales area is clean and organized. The role also involves processing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, and providing clear, accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions. The Sales Attendant will collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, report customer feedback, and support smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, attentive customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Basic sales and retail skills, including product demonstration and upselling where appropriate.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain product information clearly and professionally.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with handling cash, using POS systems, and processing transactions accurately.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform on-site duties throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work full-time schedules, including weekends or extended hours as business requires.
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
