Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hoshiarpur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The specialist will generate leads, build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to order closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market visits, presenting product features and benefits, following up on inquiries, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, gathering market feedback, and assisting with basic reporting on sales performance. The specialist will collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and help train team members or partners on product knowledge and sales processes when required.

• Relevant experience in building materials, plywood, or construction-related products is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Hoshiarpur, manage field visits, and handle basic reporting and documentation.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort using phone, email, and messaging tools for business communication.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
