About the Role

Salentors Interior is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and grow our interior design business. The role involves promoting our residential and commercial interior services, building business relationships, and converting enquiries into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Connect with homeowners, commercial clients, architects, builders, and property dealers.
• Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings and site visits.
• Explain our interior design and turnkey execution services to clients.
• Coordinate with the design team for quotations, proposals, and client requirements.
• Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
• Support online and offline marketing activities.
• Work towards monthly lead generation, client conversion, and sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, or modular furniture will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and social media.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to follow up consistently and achieve targets.
