Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in Kanpur, operating in a hybrid model with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Gyanman Interiors’ services, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The specialist will conduct market research, create and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline), and collaborate with the design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and tracking sales performance and marketing activities. The role also includes supporting training initiatives for team members on sales processes and customer engagement best practices.
