Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business development, generate new leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order confirmation and payment collection.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support annual sales planning.
• Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and regular follow-ups.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.
• Identify and appoint channel partners across India.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with architects, hotel management consultants, plumbing contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Maintain CRM data and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Support digital marketing and lead generation through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, websites, blogs, and videos.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure timely payment collection.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.
