Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the agency’s business development and client engagement activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. Daily responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and helping prepare presentations and marketing materials. The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to track campaign performance, follow up with clients and prospects, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Additional tasks may include supporting customer queries, participating in training sessions, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a willingness to learn performance marketing concepts and tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media) is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with online communication platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Faridabad and commitment to a full-time internship schedule.
